Diane Mohlman

Diane specializes in workers’ compensation. She is a native
of Nebraska, growing up in Waverly. She started her career with
the Knudsen Law Firm in 1984. She earned an Associates Degree in
applied science from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, and
has developed excellent computer skills, which she puts to use
on a daily basis.
Diane is well-versed in all aspects of litigation from discovery
through preparation of exhibits for trial. She is experienced in
dealing with the rules and regulations governing practice under
the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Act from the filing of
required forms and notices through the preparation of lump sum
settlement documents for court approval.
Diane continues to educate herself by attending various seminars
concerning practice under the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation
Act.
Diane currently lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and enjoys spending
time with her family, playing card games, and reading.

Tammy grew up in Arapahoe, Nebraska, and graduated with her BA
in 1991 from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, where she
was a member of the English Honorary Society, Sigma Tau Delta.
She returned to Wesleyan in 1998 and obtained a second major,
Paralegal Studies, for her degree in 2002. Tammy joined the
Knudsen Law Firm in August 2001.
Prior to joining the Knudsen Law Firm, Tammy’s extensive work
experience included the preparation of financial statements and
processing of tax returns in an accounting firm, as well as
management, personnel and bookkeeping. Those experiences have
given Tammy highly developed organizational skills, and resource and
time management abilities when working on a case and preparing it
for trial.
Since joining the Knudsen Law Firm, Tammy has provided extensive
litigation support for complex commercial litigation cases
including securities arbitration and racketeering issues. Her
other litigation experience has focused on personal injury
(including railroad injuries under FELA), negligence, and
employment law. Tammy’s litigation support expertise involves
reviewing, summarizing and maintaining medical and financial
records; drafting discovery; preparing statements for legal
proceedings; researching information on various case matters;
preparing exhibits and information for trial; as well as
obtaining records from various sources in order to best aid the
attorneys in preparing cases. Tammy has been involved in several
cases which have required her to organize and maintain large
volumes of documents, and to prepare those matters for trial,
including the preparation of thousands of exhibits.
Tammy currently lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and spends a good
portion of her free time playing sand and indoor volleyball.
