Tammy grew up in Arapahoe, Nebraska, and graduated with her BA in 1991 from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, where she was a member of the English Honorary Society, Sigma Tau Delta. She returned to Wesleyan in 1998 and obtained a second major, Paralegal Studies, for her degree in 2002. Tammy joined the Knudsen Law Firm in August 2001.

Prior to joining the Knudsen Law Firm, Tammy’s extensive work experience included the preparation of financial statements and processing of tax returns in an accounting firm, as well as management, personnel and bookkeeping. Those experiences have given Tammy highly developed organizational skills, and resource and time management abilities when working on a case and preparing it for trial.

Since joining the Knudsen Law Firm, Tammy has provided extensive litigation support for complex commercial litigation cases including securities arbitration and racketeering issues. Her other litigation experience has focused on personal injury (including railroad injuries under FELA), negligence, and employment law. Tammy’s litigation support expertise involves reviewing, summarizing and maintaining medical and financial records; drafting discovery; preparing statements for legal proceedings; researching information on various case matters; preparing exhibits and information for trial; as well as obtaining records from various sources in order to best aid the attorneys in preparing cases. Tammy has been involved in several cases which have required her to organize and maintain large volumes of documents, and to prepare those matters for trial, including the preparation of thousands of exhibits.

Tammy currently lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and spends a good portion of her free time playing sand and indoor volleyball.
